A quick run this morning, to move onto somewhere that has a shop within walking distance (just incase) and to get a few more miles done.. I have a little time this morning, so can spend an hour shifting the boat before I need to get logged back into work..
Fairly uneventful short run with no other boats moving. A fair few moored up, but nothing moving. At least we got another 3 loads of washing done today!
Were pulled in near to the water point at Bosworth Wharf bridge, with one other boat at this mooring and that’s it..
So.. we may move on again tomorrow, or wait until the weekend.. but – were only 4 hours away from the end of the Ashby now, and then its a U-turn and back down to the Coventry.. well before they close off and de-water the canal at Bridge 6 for 3 months of repairs..
