Rugby (North) to Top of Hillmorton Locks

by Keith June 21, 2020 No Comments

It’s time to move on – we have been here over a week now – and have had a car (again) to do some DC runs and to get the post.

The FuelCell has gone back to Fuel Cell Systems for a service, and they have provided a loaner for us to use in the interim whilst our is shipped out to Germany to get checked over.  They believe it should be several weeks before it comes back – and the oven has FINALLY been switched out for the replacement second hand one we got several months ago.  And the kitchen is a lot more roomier without having two cookers in it for sure!

But first..   as we need water as well, and plan to run the washer whilst moving – we need to get the water tank topped up, and the flowers on the roof all watered.

Watering the flowers at the water point – North Rugby..

However: Shaemus is not happy being locked down below on such a nice day!

Down to and past the usual turning point we have used several times over the last few months..   and up through Hillmorton Locks..

We did plan to get a bit further today, but this looks like a nice spot – so were stopping here for tonight.
