Stuck in Crofton Tiggy Hunting

by Keith June 14, 2018 No Comments

Well..   I’ve been putting off updating here, just in case the worst was to be realised..  but – in the end.. were all good and accounted for.

We were supposed to be moving today..  but that’s not going to happen for a while.

It seems that Tiggy has decided to disappear off somewhere..

Day 1 : No worries really, but she didn’t come back last night..

Day 2 : Starting to panic now..  still no sign of her..  Time to make up some missing cat posters, and start sticking them up everywhere. We spoke to some of the people with houses on the other side of the railway, and some said they had seen her – so we knew which general area she was in. It seems that there is a stray cat in the area.. that she may have found and sniffed out..

Day 3 : Still no sign of her..  Another walk around the area and still no sign.. We have decided to push our luck for a few more days..  hoping not to get noticed on this 48 hour mooring..

Day 4 : 4am..  meow..  Tiggy is back.. with a look of “What ??  I haven’t done anything..”

So.. we managed to get away with 4 days on this 2 day mooring before she decided to come home!  And now were all back on-board.. time to move on!
